It’s all too easy to compare ourselves to other people and then feel bad about all the things we aren’t good at or aren’t achieving.

But how often do you reflect on your own qualities? How often do you take a step back and remind yourself of all the things you’re good at?

We all have skills, attributes and accomplishments we can be proud of (it’s why we can be jealous of the achievements of others), but we often don’t give ourselves enough credit for our capabilities.

So if you’re feeling a bit glum today, take a moment to think about all your positive qualities. If you can’t think of any, try harder. As you do so, tell your inner critic to be quiet and then reflect on all that’s good about being you.

Good luck!
