These last few weeks have been stressful, even for those of us who have coped quite well.
So today’s message is this:
How are you feeling right now?
Spend a moment to check in with yourself. Are you carrying tension in your shoulders or jaw? Is your mind racing? Are you happy or sad? What’s on your mind? What can you do to make yourself feel better right now?
We’re often so lost in our heads that we fail to check in with our mood and emotions. Entire days can go by without us taking a step back and reflecting on what we’re feeling.
The more you can check in with yourself like this, the better able you’ll be to gauge what’s working and what isn’t, and the better equipped you’ll be to change your reality to boost your wellbeing.
