The Information We Collect
When you order with us, we ask you for some personal information (including your name, address and email address). We do this to help identify you and store this information only for our own internal purposes. We never sell or otherwise pass on your personal information. When you pay on our website, you will be asked to include your credit card details. These are processed securely by PayPal, so you can be sure that they are treated confidentially. We are never able to see your credit card information – only PayPal can. We also collect written documents from you. These are never sold or otherwise passed on to anyone else or any other organization, including essay banks or essay mills.
How We Use That Information
This information is used for internal processes only, typically to manage orders and send out confirmations. The financial information is used by PayPal, Stripe or Eventbrite to process your payment and is never seen by us. Any communication between us (by email) is kept on a secure e-mail server. By using the site and placing your order with us, you are consenting to the collection and use of your personal information by us. You should note that we may use the information we have collected about you to contact you and deliver information to you about our services generally. If you do not want us to contact you, you may choose to ‘unsubscribe’ from these communications (see below for details).

You can review and change the information which you have submitted to us, including your name and email address, by writing an email to us asking us to do so. If we receive such a request, we will remove your information from our database.

Document Policy
We delete all traces of your document from our system within seven years of sending the document back to you. We guarantee to never sell or distribute your document to any third party, essay mill or essay bank.

When you upload a document to our website, we treat it with care. All documents are dealt with confidentially.

We reserve the right to change or add to this policy at any time. If we decide to make any changes, we will detail those changes on this page. However, if you do not use or have not used The PhD Proofreaders for some time, we recommend that you check the current policy carefully, to ensure that you are aware of any changes to the type of information we collect, how we use it, and the circumstances under which we would disclose it to third parties.
